The year has started well for Larysoma health and Beauty. The support from the local community has been great and our new facility has been welcomed by the locals. We decided to sponsor the TK Bowling Club, Waikare Golf Club and Hampton Downs Motorsport Park. Gift vouchers were given as tournament prizes, and some of the lucky winners have been enjoying relaxing massages from Larysa. Yoga classes have started on a Tuesday and Thursday from 5pm. Classes are not full yet, and to try to attract some more attention we have decided to offer your first class free for the month of March. There are many health benefits to be gained from Yoga, and Larysa will teach these ancient techniques as well as some meditation to you in a relaxed and friendly manner. Our small class sizes allow Larysa to cater for beginners through to experienced Yoga students.
